The Notes de copines community

Confidences entre copines is a private, currently free, French-speaking community created to support women navigating life transitions.
It’s a space to share real experiences, ask honest questions, and connect with other women who understand what it means to go through change, with kindness, respect, and care.
"Because one conversation can change everything."
Confidences entre copines is the community of Notes de Copines.
It’s a private, caring space, currently hosted on WhatsApp, where women come together to support one another through life transitions.
Inside the community, participation can take many forms, depending on where you are and what feels right:
- sharing lived experiences, at your own pace
- offering and receiving support from women navigating similar moments
- engaging in honest conversations and thoughtful questions
- contributing to a growing collection of trusted contacts and recommendations
You don’t need to have answers, clarity, or strength to belong here.
You simply need to arrive as you are, and be open to the exchange.
The community is:
- warm and deeply human
- grounded in real life, not theory
- inclusive, respectful, and judgment-free
- shaped by the participation of its members
Confidences entre copines is not a space to consume content quietly from the sidelines.
It’s a living community built on exchange, mutual support, and presence.
Each woman brings her voice, her questions, her experiences, and in return, receives support, perspective, and connection.
Participation doesn’t mean oversharing or performing.
It can be as simple as introducing yourself, responding to a post, offering a word of support, or sharing a reflection when the time feels right.
Each woman brings her voice, her questions, her lived experience, and in return receives support, perspective, and connection.
This community is also a place where we share tools, reflections, and pathways to go further, through our coaching, programs, and courses, for those who feel the need for deeper, more structured support.
What makes this community different isn’t what’s offered, it’s how we show up, together.
Confidences entre copines was created with a clear intention:
to make participation feel sincere, human, and pressure-free.
This means:
- no personal branding
- no toxic positivity
- no guilt-based or judgmental discourse
- no hidden sales tactics
What matters here is trust, kindness, lived experience, and respect for each woman’s pace.
Participation is free, but essential. It’s what makes this space alive.
The Confidences entre copines community is currently free to join.
It is, however, a private French-speaking community.
Access is granted upon request, in order to preserve a safe, respectful, and supportive space for everyone.
To join:
- you’ll be invited to complete a short registration form
- each request is reviewed with care
- once accepted, you’ll receive access to the community space
This step allows us to ensure that the community remains aligned with its intention:
a calm, kind, and trustworthy space for women navigating life transitions.
The community is currently hosted on WhatsApp and evolves gently, at its own rhythm.
"Le Carnet des copines" is a shared, evolving list of trusted contacts & recommendations, built collectively by the community.
It may include, among others:
- therapists / psychologists
- coaches
- lawyers
- wellness practitioners
- doctors or specialists
Each contact is shared because it has been personally experienced by us or someone from the community
and found helpful.
This directory is a support tool, not a commercial listing.
Notes de Copines has no partnerships, affiliations, or commissions with the professionals mentioned and receives no benefit from these recommendations.
The directory grows organically through shared trust.
You don’t have to go through this alone.
Sometimes, just knowing others are walking beside you changes everything.

At Notes de Copines, we believe it’s not what we go through that defines us, but the way we choose to move through it.
